Personal Documents:

• Current and old passports
• Two recent (35mm x 45mm) photographs with a white background but no cap and no sunglasses.
• Birth certificate / national ID card copy of applicants.
• Marriage certificate (If applied with Family).
• Vaccination certificate, (yellow fever) if the applicant will travel through or stay in yellow fever belt. For the latest Yellow Fever Policy

Professional Documents:

• For Business Person: Trade license (renewal) and company’s letterhead pad (2 blank pages

(ii) For partnership: Business agreement/deed copy.

(ii) For limited company: Certificate of incorporation, Memorandum of the article, Form 12, IRC, ERC, and Membership Certificates

• For Employee: No objection certificate (NOC), Pay slip / Salary statement/government order (GO) & original verbal note (for official passport holders).
• For Student: Student ID copy, and School leave letter
• Business card: 02 pcs.

Financial Documents:

• Bank statement & solvency certificate (original with bank seal and signature) of last 06 months for both company & personal.
• FDR, saving certificate, share statement (If available).
• E-TIN certificate copy.
• Income tax certificate copy (last 3 years),
• Valuation of assets such as land and building (If any).

Overseas Documents:

• For Tourist Visit: Personal Invitation letter- If visiting a friend in South Africa, provide a signed invitation letter from the SA hosts. It should include the full name, SA ID number, full address, contact number, email, and certified copies of the host's ID or passport and permit (non-SA). The person must also confirm if he/she is responsible for your accommodation, meals, transport, and if needed, the repatriation costs
• For Business Visit: Business invitation letter - Letter from the registered company in South Africa that you will visit, duration of visit, reason for visit, and/or letter of confirmation/participation at the Conference. The company registration number and full contact details (telephone numbers, email, street address, etc.) must be on the letter.

Visa Fee & Service Charge:

• Visa Fee with service charges: TK. 35,000 BDT/Person -for more than two people (Notary, translation, and insurance charges are additional- if needed).

Processing Time:

• Tourist visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Embassy).
• Business visa: Total 15-25 working days (File processing + Embassy).

Remarks:

• Application processed by Embassy of South Africa in India
• M&N Holidays only provides consultancy services and doesn’t provide any guarantee for visas.
• File processing for visas will start only after receiving all necessary documents.
• Processing time, requirements, and fees are subject to change by the Embassy without any prior notice.
• The embassy reserves all the rights to ask for any additional document other than the above-mentioned checklist.
• All Bangla documents must be translated into English and notarized.
• The finger must be free of “MEHEDI or any other color” when facing Biometric at the embassy / Application center.
• Applicants have to bring all original documents at the time of the interview at the embassy / Application center.
